What is Dryland training? 
Dryland training is designed to strengthen your key muscle groups used in a variety of sports while not on the field, pitch or on the ice. This type of training will create physical edge over your competition. Spin Kicks will take your training to the next level. Increase speed, agility, quickness and power. Build muscle and flexibility. Enhance team spirit!

Training Session (45 minutes): $199

Training sessions accommodate maximum of 21 participants.

Dryland Training

​We cater for all types of sports teams, both amateur and elite. Cyclists are among the fittest athletes on the planet and we use our state of the art classes and fitness equipment to get your team in the fittest possible state. We'll help increase your aerobic fitness without pressuring joints or running the risk of serious injury. Whether you want to be in optimal shape for the pre-season or you want to mix things up mid-season, we'll get you in shape and this will translate to results on the pitch.
