Polar Cardio GX System:
At Spin Kicks our classes are taught using your Personal Heart Rate Zones. Using the Polar Cardio GX system helps the rider perform at the right intensity in order to get the most out of their training. It also provides great motivation, as progress can be measured more accurately over time. Class participants are required to wear comfortable textile transmitters which Spin Kicks provides for the first class only; (following this, members can purchase a heart rate monitor from Spin Kicks). Following each class, the instructor will send you a report of your performance so that you can keep track of your progress.
