Anna has been training on the Real Ryder for six years. Her goals this season are to improve her endurance and core strength while transforming her lower body with long and lean muscles. If you are looking to improve your training for a triathlon or looking to transform your body this season, she is looking forward to helping you achieve your goals.

Fitness has always been an important part of her life. From track & field, volleyball and soccer to becoming the highest ranked female Taekwon-Do Master in the World within the ICTF. When her husband Sandro introduced her to cycling, it wasn’t a surprise that she embraced the challenge. Although it has been difficult trying to joggle both sports and two teenagers, she is determined to improve her skills as an outdoor cyclist. If you are looking for a cycling class with a military style, come and try out Angela’s Class.
Cycling has always been a passion for Sandro! It began outdoors via road, then onto mountain biking. In 2009, he performed in every race in the Ontario Cup Series and placed 6th overall. With a vigorous routine, he plans to improve his overall standings. In the off season he began looking for a bike that would simulate an outdoor ride and this is how Spin Kicks became the first Studio in Canada to introduce the Real Ryder. Sandro is Spin Kicks Lead Cyclist Indoor & Outdoor.
Sandro is a certified Retul Fitter in the discipline of Road, Mountain, TT & Triathlon Bikes.
