Angela Cariati-Scarsellone - has been a practitioner of Taekwon-Do for over 24 years. She is the only female in the WORLD to have obtained a Master title (7th Degree) with in the International Ch'ang-Hon Taekwon-Do Federation
Ms. Scarsellone has competed in numerous competitions which has given her the opportunity to travel to Japan, China, North Korea, Germany, Russia and Rio De Janeiro.
With all the background knowledge of martial arts, Mrs. Scarsellone also teaches our BOOT CAMP!
Come and check out Ms. Scarsellone's lunch classes (12:15 pm) every Monday, Wednesday evenings at 7:30 pm, Friday mornings at 9:30 am and Saturday mornings at 9:15 am!

Sandro Scarsellone - Cycling has always been a passion for Mr. Scarsellone! It began outdoors via road, then onto mountain biking. In 2009, he performed in every race in the Ontario Cup Series and placed 6th overall. With a vigorous routine he plans to improve his overall standings. In the off season he began looking for a bike that would simulate an outdoor ride and this is how Spin Kicks became the first Studio in Canada to introduce the Real Ryder. Mr. Scarsellone is Spin Kicks Lead Cyclist and is licensed to certify others who wish to teach on the Real Ryder.
In addition to his cycling, Mr. Scarsellone is a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Taekwon-Do.

Ms. Lucky Gamboa - Ms. Gamboa is a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Taekwon-Do and has been training for over 13 years. Taekwon-Do has reinforced her appreciation of her body, mind and spirit. Taekwon-Do keeps her determined in all aspects of her life, including school, work and social surroundings. She has also proven her Taekwon-Do training in National competitions. Ms. Gamboa is studying at York University, majoring in Sociology and minoring in Woman's Studies. When she's not studying or training she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
Come and train with Ms. Gamboa on Tuesday and Friday nights between 6:00 to 9:00 pm!
Ms. Melissa Patania - Ms. Patania is studying at the University of Toronto, majoring in Evolutionary Biology and Global Health. Her hope for the future is to receive her Doctorate. In the summer of 2008, she was given the opportunity to study in the Student Mentorship Program at University of Toronto. The program gave her the opportunity to work alongside medical professionals and learn through hands-on experience and lectures. Indoor cycling is becoming a passion of hers and in her downtime you can find her at Starbucks or painting her next masterpiece!
In addition to her cycling, Ms. Patania's first passion is Taekwon-Do. After 8 years (and counting!) of training she has received her 1st Degree Black Belt.
