Youth Indoor Cycling
What is it about?
During the Camp, riders will work on improving their skills on pacing, climbing, sprinting and more. Classes are instructed using Personalized Heart Rate Zones (which will be tested prior to the 1st class), as well as power and cadence!
In addition, this Camp includes Cycle Cross Indoor Training, which focuses on enhancing their cardio and strength training their growing muscles off the bike. Entails 20 minutes of high intensity training.

Sun: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Spin Kicks offers a program specifically geared for youth between 12-17 years old.
Whether they enjoy Mountain, Road, Track or Cycle Cross, our goal is to improve their cycling skills.
